Bahá'í Calendar 2025. The bahá'í year consists of 19 months of 19 days each (i.e., 361 days), with the addition of certain 'intercalary days' (four in ordinary and five in leap years) between the eighteenth. The bahá'í calendar in western countries was synchronized to the gregorian calendar, meaning that the extra day of a leap year occurred simultaneously in both calendars.

The bahá’í new year begins on the day that the sun passes into the constellation of aries. The bahá’í calendar, technically called the badi calendar, is a solar calendar of 365 days, or 366 days in certain years.
